Questions a boutique customer actually asks.
Can I alter an outfit before it is shipped?+
Yes. Eligible demo products expose alteration choices directly from the product card and quick-view modal. The price and indicative lead time update before adding to bag.
What measurements do you need?+
For simple alterations: height, bust, waist and desired garment length. A real boutique deployment can expand this into garment-specific measurement forms and saved profiles.
Can I send my own saree for conversion?+
The “Saree Transform” flow collects the garment photo, desired silhouette and occasion first, then routes the request to a consultation instead of pretending the price can always be automated.
Can customers shop without customization?+
Absolutely. Every product can be added in a standard size with no alteration fee.
